Ruwad Connect exports any report of time by member or by project as CSV, XLSX or JSON, and as CSV files laid out for importing into ClickUp and Zoho Projects. Separately, a QuickBooks Online connection pushes customers and invoices from the workspace to a QuickBooks company.
The short answer. The rest of the page explains it.The report comes first
Every export starts on the Reports page. Choose a period, filter by member or by project, and the table shows the hours. The export menu then writes the time behind that view, for the same period and the same members, in the format you pick. Entries a manager rejected are left out, as they are left out of payroll and invoices.
Formats
| Format | For |
|---|---|
| CSV | Any spreadsheet or import tool |
| XLSX | Excel and Google Sheets, with typed columns |
| JSON | Your own scripts and tools |
| ClickUp CSV | Importing time entries into ClickUp |
| Zoho Projects CSV | Importing time logs into Zoho Projects |
The ClickUp and Zoho Projects files use those products' column layouts, so they import without remapping.
QuickBooks Online
QuickBooks Online is not an export; it is a connection. From Integrations, connect a QuickBooks Online company. Once connected, customers and invoices can be pushed from the workspace to QuickBooks, so an invoice generated from approved billable hours in Ruwad Connect appears in your books without being typed again.
PDFs
Payslips, invoices and receipts are documents, not exports. Each is a PDF downloaded from its page or emailed from the app.
