Choosing a Ruwad Connect plan: Free, Starter, Professional or Enterprise

Updated · about 2 min

Every Ruwad Connect plan includes the desktop tracker, projects, approvals, payroll and invoicing; the plans differ in limits. Free holds ten people and three projects with one screenshot an hour and 30 days of data; Starter and Professional lift the caps on people and projects and take 12 and 30 screenshots an hour; Enterprise also takes up to 30 an hour, the tracker's densest cadence, sets no plan limit on webcam checks or retention, and is priced on request.

The short answer. The rest of the page explains it.

What every plan includes

  • Payroll from approved hours, with payslip PDFs
  • Invoices from approved billable hours, with receipt PDFs
  • Employee invitations, and clients you invoice from approved hours
  • Exports in CSV, XLSX and JSON, plus ClickUp and Zoho Projects layouts

How the server enforces a plan

Limits are not advisory. When a workspace on Free invites an eleventh person, the invitation is refused with the reason. When a desktop asks for a cadence above its plan, the server holds the setting at the plan's cap. Nothing on the client can widen what the plan allows.

Picking one

  • A first team, or a trial that never ends: Free. Ten people and three projects is enough to run a real week.
  • A team that wants captures worth reviewing and AI summaries: Starter. Twelve captures an hour is one every five minutes.
  • A team that needs webcam verification at a useful frequency, or captures dense enough to reconstruct a day: Professional.
  • Fifty people or more, or a rollout your IT team manages: Enterprise, priced on request.

Plans are changed from the billing page in the workspace, and a change takes effect on the next capture.

Questions

Asked about this

Is the Free plan a trial?

No. It has no charge and no end date. Paid plans can start with a trial at checkout.

How is a paid plan charged?

Per user, monthly or yearly, by card through Stripe. Ruwad Connect does not store card numbers.

What happens when a workspace hits a limit?

The server refuses the action and says why. Moving up a plan from the billing page lifts the limit.
