What it is
Three parts, one record
A desktop tracker for Windows
Punch in on a project and a task. It records time, screenshots from every monitor at the plan's cadence, breaks and idle time, and asks for consent before any of it.
A web workspace
Timesheets and approvals, captures and a live page, members, teams and clients, payroll, invoices, reports and exports, and the settings that govern the tracker.
A projects app
Projects with a rate and a budget; tasks on a board, a list, sprints, a calendar and a Gantt; time started or logged from the task itself.
How it is built
Five principles
An hour is proven before it is paid for.
The tracker records the work, a manager approves it, and only then does it reach a payroll run or an invoice. Nothing is paid or billed on a timer alone.
One record, every figure.
Payroll, invoices, receipts, task hours, project budgets and exports all read the same approved entries. There is nothing to reconcile because there is nothing else to reconcile against.
The server holds the policy.
What the tracker records is set in the workspace and read from the server on every launch. A plan's cadence cannot be raised from the desktop, and an invitation over the seat count is refused.
Consent before capture.
Each person sees what the workspace records before the first screenshot, and the version they agreed to is checked by the server. Turn on webcam checks later and they are asked again.
Nothing on this site that is not true of the product.

Your data
How recorded data is handled
The tracker records people at work. These are the rules the product keeps about that data, as it is built today.
- Where captures live
- In private object storage, keyed by workspace and person. The workspace never links to a capture directly; every read goes through a signed link that expires within minutes.
- Who can see what
- A person sees their own captures. Managers and admins see the workspace's. Clients do not sign in and never see a screenshot; they receive invoices and receipts. Webcam check photos are visible to admins only.
- How long it is kept
- By plan: Free 30 days, Starter 365 days, Professional and Enterprise without limit. Retention runs on the server.
- What is never recorded
- Keystrokes. Anything while the timer is stopped or on a break. The camera, unless the workspace has turned webcam checks on and the person has consented.
- Payment details
- Card payments go through Stripe. Ruwad Connect does not store card numbers.
